Do you have LEGO lovers at home? I sure do! It is rare that a day goes by that my children aren’t working on some extraordinary LEGO creation. When we are at the library, they are always searching for LEGO books to get more ideas. And, when I’m on the computer, I’m often asked to print instructions for LEGO creations. They are brick-obsessed, folks! And, as their mom, I’d love a monthly LEGO box subscription.
And that’s where BrickSwag comes into play.
*DISCLOSURE: I RECEIVED A THREE-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION TO BRICKSWAG AT NO COST IN EXCHANGE FOR A REVIEW. AS ALWAYS, ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN. I ONLY REVIEW AND SHARE PRODUCTS THAT I WOULD USE WITH MY OWN FAMILY AND THAT I BELIEVE READERS WOULD ENJOY.
BRICKSWAG: A MONTHLY LEGO BOX
BrickSwag is the #1 membership for LEGO fans. BrickSwag’s mission is to inspire, educate, and entertain with LEGO bricks. Each month, members receive a LEGO-themed kit at their doorsteps. Each monthly kit includes official LEGO kits to build and keep, an exclusive t-shirt,Build magazine, Funky Fig trading cards, and more surprises.
As a homeschooler, I am always looking for educational toys and activities… especially quality STEM activities. We are huge fans of STEM books and my children love to build and create. And that is why I was so excited to try out BrickSwag.
WHAT DID THE KIDS THINK OF THEIR NEW LEGO SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
I made the mistake of telling our oldest about BrickSwag before it actually arrived, folks. He asked me every single day when his monthly building kit would arrive. Thankfully, we received the November kit quickly. When the kit arrived on our doorstep, the kids were over-the-moon excited to open it up and explore its contents.
The November kit included a LEGO T-shirt, a LEGO man drinking cup, five LEGO trading cards, a poster, an issue of Build magazine, a Thanksgiving-inspired LEGO kit, and bonus bricks.
Quickly, the little fella got to work on the LEGO kit, anxious to see his final creation!
November’s LEGO kit made a turkey- perfect for Thanksgiving!
Quickly, my daughter whisked the turkey away to use in her dollhouse while my oldest continued to explore the kit’s contents. He loved reading the magazine, especially the review of different LEGO kits including the Mini Cooper LEGO kit review. He was particularly excited to learn about the monthly LEGO contests. My oldest loves to invent his own LEGO creations and so the contests are right up his alley!
Recently, and like many children, my trio has been on a Star Wars kick and so they were thrilled to learn about next month’s BrickSwag theme:
